We were able to participate in a very spectacular project, when a long outdoor pool was needed for the floating Sauna restaurant Mere, which opened in late summer in Vaasa.
The 12-meter-long High Metal swimming pool designed in front of the sauna and spa department has a massaging bubble function, and thanks to the heating, the pool can be used all year round. The steel pool goes well with Mere’s elegant finish and details.
The sauna-restaurant complex with a thousand customer seats and more than a thousand square meters includes a sauna and spa section and a restaurant designed by Hans Välimäki. The architecturally impressive floating island rises directly from the Baltic Sea and offers customers experiences and relaxation in wonderful scenery.
Bluet is in charge of the project, which is responsible for the infrastructure of the floating sauna restaurant and the delivery of the pools. Pool4You is responsible for pool technology and water treatment.
