Alongside the saunas, the swimming pool project was an essential and central part of the hotel’s spa ambiance, and we sought the best possible solution. After comparing alternatives, we chose an HM Pools stainless steel solution.

The decision was driven by how well the solution adapted to our specific needs, the ease and speed of installation, the pool material’s durability and low maintenance, as well as the high quality and striking visual appeal of the final product.

The project progressed seamlessly, and plans were finalized quickly, aided by the reference models available to view at the factory. The final result once installed was exactly what we envisioned: the pool fits beautifully into its surroundings, and the premium quality fulfills the hotel brand’s promise: prime time in Sysmä.

The schedule was relatively demanding, spanning just a few months from design to installation. COVID-19 posed its own challenges to the overall opening of the hotel, yet the pool was commissioned right on time for early July as restrictions eased.
