HM Pools infinity pool as part of a unique spa experience
Located amidst the stunning lakeside scenery of Lake Päijänne, the centerpiece of Lehmonkärki Resort’s adults-only AISTI Sauna & Spa is an 8 × 4-meter infinity pool delivered by HM Pools. The spa complex brings together sophisticated design, natural serenity, and panoramic lake views.
HM Pools was responsible for the design and manufacturing of the custom stainless steel pool. The pool’s infinity edge opens directly toward Lake Päijänne, creating a visual illusion of water seamlessly merging into the horizon. Crafted from premium stainless steel, the pool was custom-engineered to harmonize with the property’s architecture and upscale spa setting.
A wide array of features was integrated into the design to maximize comfort and usability. Dual-curving steps create an elegant entryway into the water, while two integrated benches equipped with air massage bubbles provide an ideal spot for relaxation. In addition, a counter-current system enables active lap swimming within the pool.
The pool’s finish pairs refined aesthetics with safety. The interior walls feature brushed stainless steel plate, while the floor and steps utilize a non-slip coin-patterned surface to ensure secure footing. The installation is completed with an automated sliding deck cover.
Water treatment, pool systems engineering, and the sliding deck cover were delivered by our partner, Vesilaite Oy. HM Pools’ stainless steel pool and Vesilaite’s technical solutions form a unified, turnkey installation tailored specifically to the site.
