HM Pools is part of High Metal Oy, a Finnish family business specializing in demanding solutions using stainless and acid-resistant steel. Nearly 80 years of experience in the metal industry, engineering, and manufacturing is reflected in every pool we deliver.
In the early days, the history of a family enterprise meant taking responsibility for the continuity of operations. Along with growth, responsibility has expanded to encompass an increasingly broad community around us.

The Sustainable Development Goals cover a broad spectrum of priorities, including poverty eradication, healthcare, education, equality, environmental protection, and climate change. Reaching these targets demands close cooperation across all nations, the private sector, and civil society.
We closely monitor shifts within our industry and continuously aim to develop our operations toward greater sustainability. For this reason, we have reviewed our own operations and established an ambitious sustainability programme. We align our work directly with the specific UN sub-targets where our operations can make a tangible impact.

For us, advancing sustainability is measurable work—not empty rhetoric. To guide our management, we track four core metrics across our operations: our operational carbon footprint, the proportion of recycled steel used in production, our employee satisfaction score (eNPS), and our customer satisfaction score (NPS).
