A standout feature of this property is the movable deck cover, which allows the pool to be completely concealed when not in use. When closed, the cover forms a seamless part of the continuous terrace area, freeing up the pool’s footprint for other activities.
The sliding cover was engineered as a durable cellular composite structure with a load-bearing capacity of up to 10,000 kg. This solution maximizes terrace utility and integrates the pool setup flexibly into the holiday home’s architecture.
